For those of you that don’t know. The title says “why not” in Spanish. This hidden little gem is amazing. My wife and I have been there a few times and fell in love with the food. It’s a beautiful open atmosphere. The conversations of the people are all positive and happy. It’s a very dive esk type of place with Hispanic decor. The only down side which really isnt a down side is you have to bus your own table.
I ordered my wife a margarita which as many know you usually mix together, however, they just have a hug of the mix and ready to go! And I got a prickly pear strawberry mix which was outstanding. The margarita was mixed very well and not overly strong and it’s not child’s play either.
Now for the food, we got barbacola tacos, carna asada tacos, shrimp tacos and chips and salsa. Oh my word! I was blown away. I come from the southwest and traveled down through Mexico and this location is the closes I have ever had. The barbacola tacos are incredible I have never even seen barbacola aa ab option for food in the northwest and they did and hit on the head. They have the pickled onions, homemade tortilla and just tender meat. All the meat was fresh and tender, it’s all great food. If your looking for a place that has great food good atmosphere and great chatter then this is the place for you to go.
